Website maintenance at Best Soft is the work that keeps a live site online, patched, backed up, and editable after launch. It is not a second web-design brochure. If you already have a domain in Georgia and a panel, this page is about updates, monitoring, and emergency response.
What website maintenance covers
- Security updates for the CMS, plugins, and PHP runtime
- Scheduled backups with a restore test, not only a file copy
- Uptime and SSL expiry checks
- Malware and defacement monitoring
- Bug fixes after a content or payment change
- Performance checks: slow queries, bloated images, cache
- Content updates your team should not have to fight the panel for
- Emergency support with a written response window
Security, CMS, and PHP updates
Most incidents we see on Georgian business sites start with an outdated PHP version or an abandoned plugin. Maintenance includes a written inventory of the stack, a staging copy for risky updates, and a rollback path. We do not patch production first and hope.
Backups and restore
A backup that has never been restored is a guess. Monthly (or weekly) jobs store files and the database off the same disk as the site. We document how long copies are kept and who can request a restore.
Malware, uptime, and performance
Uptime checks tell you the shop or contact form failed before a customer emails you. Malware scans catch injected spam pages that quietly sit under /wp-content or a forgotten upload. Performance monitoring watches TTFB and error logs after a campaign spike.
Packages and SLA
Monthly maintenance is quoted in USD after we see the current stack. The scope states response hours (weekdays and Saturday 08:00–17:00 Georgia time unless the contract says otherwise), what is included, and what is billed as a project. Emergency work outside that window is written into the same agreement so finance is not surprised.
Georgia website maintenance
We maintain sites that sell or generate leads from Georgia and from regional buyers who read English, Georgian, Russian, or Turkish. Language-specific URLs stay in place; maintenance does not flatten four locales into one Google Translate widget.
