This Service Agreement is between you and Best Soft Company. The site, customer panel, web packages, hosting and domain orders are governed by this text.

1. Parties and acceptance

This is a binding agreement between you (person or organisation) and Best Soft Company. By using the site, customer panel, a web package, hosting or a domain order you confirm that you read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

Registration is forbidden under 18. We may update this page; the current text is always at https://www.bestsoftcompany.com/service-agreement.html.

2. Scope

Best Soft sells licensed website packages, custom software, hosting, SSL, domains and related maintenance against a written quote and a USD invoice. Delivery is limited to the pages, languages, panel roles and dates in that quote. Work not listed is billed separately.

3. Intellectual property

Unless written otherwise, source code, design, database and marks belong to Best Soft or its licensors. You receive a licence for the term on the invoice (lifetime on one production domain if the invoice is silent). Resale, copying or transfer of the source without written permission is forbidden.

4. Payment and go-live

Payment is bank transfer. Card data is not stored on this site. DNS and SSL go live after payment and staging sign-off. Late customer content may delay delivery.

5. Prohibited use

Illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, trademark impersonation and abusive load are forbidden. We may suspend service for breach.

6. Liability

Services are provided as-is. Best Soft is not liable for indirect loss of profit. Where liability cannot be excluded it is capped at the amount paid on the related invoice. Georgian law and the courts of Tbilisi apply.
