Refund Policy

This refund policy covers Best Soft Company invoices, domains, hosting and web packages.

Domains, SSL and third-party licences are not refundable after registration. Custom software and web packages are not refundable after delivery (staging sign-off or live DNS) because the work has been produced.

If work has not started after payment, a written cancel may be refunded within 14 days. Unused full hosting months may be reviewed after the cancel is logged.
